…وہ خود اپنے ہاتھ سے جھاڑو دیتے تھے- اِس کے علاوہ، انھوں نے اِس کمرے میں مختلف حفاظِ قرآن کو مقرر کیا تھا جو چوبیس گھنٹے یہاں قرآن کی تلاوت کرتے تھے- حفاظ کی ڈیوٹیاں مقرر تھیں- چناں چہ وہ باری باری یہاں آکر قرآن کی تلاوت کرتے رہتے تھے-
اِس قسم کی تلاوتِ قرآن صرف بعد کے زمانے کی پیداوار ہے- رسول اور اصحابِ رسول کے زمانے میں اِس قسم کی تلاوتِ قرآن کا کوئی وجود نہ تھا- رسول اور اصحاب رسول، قرآن کو کتاب دعوت کے طور پر استعمال کرتےتھے، نہ کہ صرف کتاب تلاوت کے طورپر- حقیقت یہ ہے کہ قرآن رہنمائی کے لیے اترا ہے- وہ اس لیے نہیں اتارا گیا کہ اس کو ’’برکت‘‘ کے طورپر صبح وشام پڑھا جاتا رہے-
قرآن کے سلسلے میں اصل کرنے کا کام یہ ہے کہ اُس پر ایمان رکھنے والے اُس سے اپنی زندگی کے لیے رہنمائی حاصل کریں اور پھر دنیا کی مختلف زبانوں میں اس کا ترجمہ تیار کرکے اس کو تمام انسانوں تک پہنچائیں- اِن کے سوا قرآن کا کوئی بھی دوسرا…

رسول اللہ کی سنت
سنتِ رسول کا اطلاق تین چیزوں پر ہوتا ہے— قول، عمل اور تقریر۔ تاہم قدیم کتابوں میں قول ، عمل اور تقریر کی جو صورتیں بتائی گئی ہیں، وہی کل مثالیں نہیں ہیں۔ رسول اللہ کی زندگی سے استنباط کرکے ان مثالوں کی تعداد میں ہمیشہ اضافہ ہوتا رہے گا۔
رسول اللہ کی سنت
سنتِ رسول کا اطلاق تین چیزوں پر ہوتا ہے— قول، عمل اور تقریر۔ تاہم قدیم کتابوں میں قول ، عمل اور تقریر کی جو صورتیں بتائی گئی ہیں، وہی کل مثالیں نہیں ہیں۔ رسول اللہ کی زندگی سے استنباط کرکے ان مثالوں کی تعداد میں ہمیشہ اضافہ ہوتا رہے گا۔
